Kendis – Kanban Board & Milestones

Kendis is a Finland-based scaled agile platform used by organizations across 90+ countries, including multinational enterprises, to streamline PI (Program Increment) planning and agile execution. I contributed remotely to the platform by leading the development of key modules, including an advanced Kanban board and a global milestone management system.
